At Pupsyworld, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it easily with our straightforward, no-fuss returns process.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, just get in touch within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@pupsyworld.com. Make sure to include your order number so we can help you quickly.
After this time, we can’t guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as it may already be in the processing stage. Once it’s been dispatched, cancellation won’t be possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item after it arrives, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
30-Day Easy Returns
You have up to 30 days from the date your order arrives to return any items.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@pupsyworld.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.
2. Pack Your Item: Please pack the item back into its original packaging, making sure all accessories, tags, and documents are included and it’s securely wrapped.
3. Send It Back: Send your return by following the steps in your return authorisation email. You can use the suggested courier or choose a shipping method that works best for you.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return arrives, we’ll check the item to make sure it meets our return conditions.

Refund Timing: Once your refund has been approved, we’ll begin processing it. Please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to be sent back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges. If you’d like to swap your item for a different size, colour, or a completely different product, just email us at info@pupsyworld.com and we’ll help you arrange it quickly.
Order Not Delivered
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with us at info@pupsyworld.com and include your order number. We’ll look into it with the courier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll either refund you in full to your original payment method or send out a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If that’s the case, it’ll be clearly stated on the product page.
